I hereby understand my responsibility, should I be selected as a member of the North Central Regional Orchestra, to attend all activities, rehearsal, programs, etc., associated with the North Central Regional Concert.


Students will be excused from the event only in case of illness, family emergency, or circumstances deemed appropriate by the Chairperson. Should I violate these responsibilities, I will be dropped, without exception, from the group and its activities.


REGIONAL ORCHESTRA WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 4 & 5, 2016 @ Massaponax High School in Fredericksburg, VA


VBODA requires all directors to be present at the audition site in order for students to audition for said orchestra. Proof of the director’s VBODA membership (NAME card) is required on site, or the school will be charged non-membership fee of $123.00.


If a director cannot be present, a duly appointed representative must accompany student with an appointing letter signed by the director and school principal.


I UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY DIRECTOR/APPOINTED DIRECTOR IS NOT PRESENT AT THE AUDITION SITE AND AN APPOINTING LETTER HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED BY THE DIRECTOR, I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO AUDITION.
